The Culinary Arts program partnership between the North Vancouver School District and Vancouver Community College provides a special opportunity for secondary school students to complete their Grade 11 and 12 graduation requirements while earning post-secondary credits and certification as a Professional Chef Level 1 in the culinary arts industry. This is a unique opportunity for students to learn lifelong skills and gain a foothold into the culinary industry through a quality program taught by a Vancouver Community College Red Seal Chef.
The VCC Culinary Arts Level 1 program is taught in a state-of-the-art professional kitchen at Carson Graham Secondary School and runs Monday to Thursday afternoon which allows students to complete their academic studies in the morning. Classes begin in September 2018 (2018/2019 school year).
